Would recommend finding pal PlayStation with scart PAL signal, then converting scart to HDMI. Scart pal signal is stronger than RCA. Because RCA can only output 480p, scart can go as high as 780p. Found this out testing my pal and japan-ntsc playstations. in usa with converters from Japan and europe.
Only works on england europe pal playsation ones that are region free modded though. 👍
European game system consoles that are region free modded, would recommend it very fun! Best tv signals too with HDMI converters on USA HD TVs!
SCART PAL 720p Versus RCA USA signal 420p.
Scart has HD Blue Green White wires pre built in signals, this where RCA signal falls behind.
Makes more easy using scart that way you do not have to use RCA to HD RCA, Then HD RCA to HDMI with two extra converters.
Plus with Scart, only one wire, instead of three and six with RCA dangling around.
RCA only have basic wiring of television, red, yellow, white.
