Inside of hd tv by default uses led lights to make back of screen appear on hd tv.
Most cheap option is to replace back lights with bunch of chrismas lights.
Tv are made twice as cheap as they where in analouge days.
Chrisrmas lights are also made to be water proof, where regular hd tv light is not. Bunch of them will emit led lighting for back of tv.
All guides say experiment with broken lights or buy new tv all together.
It either that or i experiment with hd tv back lights replacing them with led christmas lights.
