Russia's High Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantratova: I have sent appeals to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk, requesting an objective assessment of Ukrainian #UAV strikes on civilian facilities. On June 17, a #drone attacked a passenger bus in Russia's Bryansk Region. There were 44 people on board, including 28 children – a football team from Gomel Region, #Belarus.
